Dear Maria

The problem with the account is that the images being uploaded were mostly not camera phone images and textamerica is primarily a camera phone image community. Also many of the images on the moblog were copyright infringements, which exposes us to litigation. As clearly stated in our terms we cannot allow the upload and display of images that are not owned by the person uploading them.
